The Revista Interamericana de Cardiología (Rev Interam Cardiol.) is the official scientific journal of the Sociedad Interamericana de Cardiología (SIAC)., being it the journal’s main funding source.

The journal firmly supports the open access initiative and does not charge authors for production or publishing of their manuscripts. All works published in the journal are open for readers without charge under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
